Legal Interpretation

Legal interpretation is neither a linguistics area nor a policy-making activity. Instead, it is heavily influenced by pre-existing legal rules. These guidelines outline what legal papers should be read and how they should be read. Law practioners must understand the concept of legal interpretation.

BUP-LMCC emphasizes on honing the skills of Legal interpretation among law aspirants.

Legal Research

The process of discovering an answer to a legal question or checking for legal precedent that can be mentioned in a brief or at trial is known as legal research.

Legal research is required in almost every litigation, appeal, criminal case, and legal process in general. BUPLMMCC works to improve this skill among the aspiring legal researchers.

Mooting

A moot is a type of simulation that mimics the conditions of a courtroom or arbitration hearing. Mooting is a fantastic way for students to practice a wide range of skills, including teamwork, legal writing, research skills, and advocacy.

BUPLMCC will provide a chance to practice their mooting talents in a non-competitive setting on a regular basis.

Negotiation

Everybody negotiates, but lawyers negotiate more than the average person. It is a means of resolving a conflict between two parties. Rather than going to court, the parties decide to meet and try to settle the matter amicably, in a way that benefits both parties.

BUPLMCC will provide you significant opportunities to build negotiation skills.
